Troubleshooting and Repair
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic valves and tooling used in production
- Review hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic circuits and schematics
- Test setups and equipment
- Fabricate and assemble shadow boards, racks, and assembly tables
- Disassemble hydraulic valves in an effective and safe manner
- Perform time and constraint analysis studies
- Place equipment PO’s in SAP software
Training and Documentation
- Update documentation in Q-Pulse
- Mentor others in the importance of processes and proper test/assembly setups
Compliance and Skills
- Ensures compliance with health and safety laws, regulations, and best practice
- Requires a two-year associate degree in Engineering or relevant experience
- One to three years of experience as a manufacturing technician or in a related role
- Experience in process engineering skill sets, APQP, FMEA, flow charts, control plans
- Experience developing manufacturing processes, including assembly and test procedures
- Fluid power knowledge a plus
- GD&T knowledge
- Experience with CAD software
- Ability to decipher electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics
- Knowledge of precision measuring tools and statistical analysis
- Previous experience in an ISO 9001 environment

- Must work well independently and in team settings
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced, high-impact setting
Pay and Schedule
The hourly pay range for this position is $25 to $30 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
The standard schedule for this position is 6:00am-2:30pm, Monday- Friday.
