Manufacturing Engineering Tech (part-time)

About the role

Eaton’s IS AER FED division is seeking a part‑time Manufacturing Engineering Tech intern to join the team in Glenolden, PA.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing operations by assisting Manufacturing Engineers with process improvement, process compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical support to production teams.
• Maintain work instructions and routers.
• Help troubleshoot non‑conformities through root cause analysis.
• Support the development of efficient manufacturing processes aligned with lean manufacturing principles.
• Work closely with Manufacturing Engineering, production leadership, group leaders, and operators.
• Participate in quality, process improvement, documentation, and cost‑reduction initiatives.
