Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support Manufacturing Engineers, CNC Programmers, Tool Room Machinists, and Gage Crib personnel to achieve departmental and plant objectives.
• Cookinate daily manufacturing support activities, including tooling, fixtures, gages, CNC programming, process improvements, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Partner with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Automation, Purchasing, and Plant Leadership to resolve issues and meet operational priorities.
• Maintain a strong presence on the production floor to support safe operations, reinforce standards, and remove barriers to productivity.
