The Manufacturing Engineering Manager will lead the Manufacturing team in Plainfield, IN, focusing on enhancing operational performance and driving results in a high-volume production environment. Requirements

• 7–10 years of plant manufacturing experience with demonstrated leadership in a high-volume or complex production environment.
• Site Manufacturing Engineering leadership experience providing daily technical direction across various operations.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end capital projects including scope development and execution oversight.
• Strong cross-functional engineering support capability for major initiatives.
• Expertise in HSE-focused engineering including machine safety and ergonomics.
• Technical leadership in automation and advanced manufacturing.
• Experience building and developing high-performing engineering teams.
• Strong execution discipline with structured project reviews and performance reporting.
• College, university, or degree in STEM or related field, or equivalent experience required.
