About the role
As our Manufacturing Engineering Manager, you’ll play a critical leadership role in shaping and optimizing a complex production environment bringing together people, processes, and technology to deliver operational excellence. Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing manufacturing engineering team
- Drive improvements in yield, throughput, cycle time, and cost
- Lead continuous improvement and root cause initiatives
- Execute capital and process improvement projects
- Strengthen cross-functional alignment and execution
- Advance manufacturing systems, automation, and data visibility
Requirements
- 7–10+ years in manufacturing engineering; 3+ years leading teams
- Strong experience in LEAN, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement
- Proven ability to improve process capability and operational KPIs
- Experience supporting NPI and product industrialization
- Strong cross-functional leadership and executive communication skills
- Familiarity with tools like FactoryLogix, SolidWorks, AutoCAD
Preferred: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, Master’s Degree
