Location: Gloucester, MA
Pay rate range: $35/hr - $38/hr W2 (all inclusive)
Responsibilities
- Knowledge of manufacturing process and shop-floor activities
- Write standard operating procedures (SOPs), assembly instructions, and technical reports
- Prepare assembly work instructions based on operation sequence
- Participate in assembly builds and coordinate with technicians
- Experience in the semiconductor industry
- Understand and engage with drawings and BOM (Bill of Materials)
- Cross-functional coordination
- Use CREO/NX CAD tools and Teamcenter PLM
- Establish quality control standards and monitor output metrics
- Understanding of ASME standards and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
- Perform torque calculations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering or a related field
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Proficiency in data analysis, assembly instruction, and CAD (CREO/NX) software
