Manufacturing Engineer-Windchill PLM / MPMLink - REMOTE ROLE

About the role

Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with experience supporting manufacturing processes within a Windchill PLM environment. This individual will support manufacturing work instructions, BOM management, digital thread initiatives, and ongoing manufacturing transformation efforts associated with 1LMX. Remote/distributed team. Travel as needed for workshops and collaboration sessions. Security clearance not required.

Responsibilities

• Support Manufacturing Engineering activities within Windchill PLM and MPMLink environments
• Develop, maintain, and improve manufacturing work instructions
• Manage MBOM/BOM structures and manufacturing configuration activities
• Support digital thread initiatives and manufacturing process improvements
• Partner with Manufacturing Engineering, Production Operations, Engineering, and IT teams
• Support ongoing 1LMX-related process and system changes
• Assist with implementation of digital manufacturing tools and 3D work instruction capabilities
• Develop and maintain manufacturing process documentation and standards
• Provide manufacturing process expertise and support to production operations

Requirements

• Manufacturing Engineering experience
• Experience working within a PLM environment
• Windchill PLM experience
• Experience supporting production operations and manufacturing processes
• Experience creating and maintaining manufacturing work instructions
• Experience with BOM/MBOM management
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and operations teams
