MANUFACTURING ENGINEER TPG

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Provide technical leadership and support to the manufacturing team.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement in quality, cost, and throughput.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product design is optimized for manufacturability and scalability.
• Provide guidance and expertise in the selection and installation of new equipment and technologies.
• Perform risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate production interruptions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards throughout the production process.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians to improve their skills and productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Aerospace or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 5-7 years of progressive manufacturing engineering experience in the aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated industry.
• Experience with new product introduction.
• Experience developing process routings, work instructions, and PFMEAs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with team members at all levels of the organization.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.

Schedule

Standard business hours: Monday through Friday. Overtime may be required on weekdays or weekends as needed to support business needs.
