Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Interpret drawings, specifications, and technical requirements to deliver solutions.
• Support production, operations, and cross‑functional teams.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend process improvements.
• Test, validate, and document engineering solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement in quality, cost, and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or production environments.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
