Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer Project Manager Location: Chandler, AZ Type: Contract Compensation: $68/hr Work Model: OnsiteResponsibilities: Manage multiple engineering projects simultaneouslyPrioritize tasks and assign team members to ensure that the team's overall resources are used effectively and that project deadlines are metEvaluate and escalate changes that significantly impact the scope, budget, or timeline of a project.Lead engineering projects across multiple sites.Monitor progress and performance against the project planIdentify and resolve operational problems to minimize delaysWork collaboratively with counterpart project manager at site in Tijuana, MexicoManage ongoing relationship and effective communication with key project stakeholders.Requirements: Bachelors degree with 5 or more years’ experience managing engineering projects in a manufacturing environmentProven track record of working in a team-based environment.Excellent Interpersonal Skills : able to express ideas and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.Effectively communicate project risks and manage expectations across different functional groupsInnovative thinker: should be able to envision new and better ways of doing things.Basic proficiency in Microsoft Project (be able to build a schedule and manage critical path)Preferred Qualifications:PMP certificationEngineering background or degreeExperience in an FDA regulated or regulated industrySystem One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
