Engineering Project Manager Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering projects to align with organizational goals
• Develop comprehensive project plans detailing timelines, budgets, and risk management strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors for project execution
• Monitor project status, identify challenges, and implement timely solutions
• Provide regular updates on project milestones to stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to USDA/FDA regulations and industry standards
• Encourage a culture of continuous improvement within project teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or 8 years equivalent project leadership experience in relevant industries
• 4+ years of direct project leadership experience
• 4+ years of manufacturing experience in food, pharmaceutical, or CPG sectors
• Proven track record managing projects valued at $5 million or more
• Strong technical background in engineering principles and practices
• Experience overseeing multiple projects across various plant locations
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time

Pay

$109,000 – $159,000 annually
