About the role
We’re seeking a Manufacturing Engineer - Lift Rite and LFP Support to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting Lift Rite and LFP Battery production, working closely with a diverse group of professionals to achieve common goals. The ideal candidate should bring enthusiasm, creativity, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Analyze proposed projects and recommend appropriate equipment and manufacturing processes.
- Manage project delivery to agreed scope.
- Lead cross-functional project teams, manage equipment suppliers, and coordinate with internal departments.
- Simultaneously lead multiple projects, managing both simple and complex tasks.
- Participate as a key team member on large cross-functional project teams.
- Manage external equipment and fixture suppliers for assigned capital projects.
- Perform various engineering tasks such as creating combination tables, value stream maps, work cell layouts, and conducting equipment testing.
- Present project status to senior management and recommend changes in project direction based on business requirements.
- Stay updated on the latest engineering techniques and learn new processes and systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related engineering field with at least 5 years of related experience, or
- Master’s Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related engineering field with 2 years of related experience.

Where And When You’ll Work
This is an in-person role located in Kirkwood, NY. Ideal for those who thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment. Travel is expected to be less than 25% of the time.
Total Compensation & Benefits Package
- Salary range: $83, 340 - $106, 000 per year.
