Manufacturing Engineer - Level 3
Position Summary
The Manufacturing Engineer III is responsible for executing and optimizing manufacturing processes to support the production of precision aerospace components. This role focuses on applying engineering principles to improve quality, throughput, and cost efficiency while ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer requirements. The engineer works with cross-functional teams to resolve production challenges, implement process improvements, and support operational excellence initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize manufacturing processes to support the production of precision aerospace components
- Apply engineering principles to improve quality, throughput, and cost efficiency
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve production challenges, implement process improvements, and support operational excellence initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles
- Experience with Six Sigma methodologies and tools
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
