Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinical operations, including scheduling appointments, managing staff schedules, and coordinating with external vendors.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
- Mentor and develop junior staff members to enhance their skills and career growth.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management or clinical leadership.
- Current licensure/certification in relevant field (e.g., RN, LPN).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
