About the role

The Manufacturing Engineer I position is responsible for designing, testing, and improving manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment
  • Conduct tests and analyze data to optimize production efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Six Sigma or Lean methodologies

Skills

  • Proficient in CAD/CAM software
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis tools
  • Understanding of automation and robotics

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
