About the role
The Manufacturing Engineer I position is responsible for designing, testing, and improving manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment
- Conduct tests and analyze data to optimize production efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Six Sigma or Lean methodologies
Skills
- Proficient in CAD/CAM software
- Knowledge of statistical analysis tools
- Understanding of automation and robotics

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually
