Scope of Responsibility
- Implement improvements to reduce costs, minimize waste and increase efficiency, while improving safety and quality.
- Support the planning, design, and execution of capital projects, ensuring input from the operations floor for successful continued use of the new equipment, processes, etc.
- Maintain standard operating procedures, process documentation for equipment, and visual controls for manufacturing operations.
- Update and maintain manufacturing layouts in AutoCAD, equipment files, and P&IDs.
- Aid in the scale-up process for new product deployment and formula revisions.
Standardization
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures, process documentation for equipment, and visual controls for manufacturing operations.
- Update and maintain manufacturing layouts in AutoCAD, equipment files, and P&IDs.
Collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of new processes, software, technologies, and equipment.
- Aid in the scale-up process for new product deployment and formula revisions.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate from operations floor to leadership.
- Ability to build cross-functional relationships to solve complex problems.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field).
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite.
