Responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes
• Maintain high levels of manufacturing and product quality
• Design new products and methods
• Ensure cost-efficiency and conformance with regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical engineering required
• Experience: 4-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering role
• Skills: Analytical skills, ingenuity, interpersonal skills, math skills, proficiency in CAD, CAM, data analysis programs, and related software, excellent communication skills, strong organization and management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Visio and Project), strong analytical thinker, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification strongly preferred

Schedule

Most of our positions offer a hybrid option with flexibility to work remotely 2 days a week.

Pay

The salary range for this role, based in Fort Smith, is $78,300.00 to $97,900.00. The range may vary if the role outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate's experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.
