TAT Technologies' Tulsa Site serves as the company's Center of Excellence for heat transfer manufacturing, MRO, and OEM solutions. Supporting commercial, regional, and military aircraft worldwide, the site delivers advanced thermal management solutions that enhance aircraft performance, improve reliability, and ensure operational and mission readiness. We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support our Tulsa Site by providing technical engineering expertise across MRO and OEM operations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and collaborates effectively across engineering, operations, and quality teams. Responsibilities Provide engineering technical support to OEM, Military, Commercial and Repair Station divisions on a day to do basis for Engineering related issues. Experience in ERP systems to modify and create work instructions and BOM updatesSupport manufacturing with corrective actions for non-conformances and troubleshooting assembly/testing issue with Failure/Root Cause AnalysisEngineering support through all phases including - design for manufacturing reviews, prototyping, testing, day to day production support to continuous improvement effortsApply fundamental principles of science, engineering and statistics to improve processes, resolve quality issues, reduce costs and develop new products/processes. Interact with internal and external customers, vendors, and suppliers for identifying solutions or developing new processesProcess technically sound change management process with ECR's (Engineering Change Request) and validation of changes with analytical tools and dataApply information from technical manuals, engineering drawings and documents to research and resolve problemsCreate work instructions and test procedures from design and/or Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) specifications. Interpreting Specifications (FAA and Industry Standards). Evaluate Testing for compliance with specifications and equivalency of Materials and ProcessesManage multiple projects and initiatives at the same time and be able to manage priorities with good Projec Management skillsetOther responsibilities as directed by the Engineering Leader. Requirements Bachelor of Science Engineering or related field. In Lieu of bachelor's degree an Equivalent Engineering experience (5+ Years) will also be consideredU.S. citizenship or Green Card is requiredMinimum of 3 years' work experience in a manufacturing environment in an Engineering roleExperience in driving year over year cost savings with CI tool preferredExperience in manufacturing processes like Welding / Vacuum Brazing / Torch Brazing of Metals / Chemical Cleaning of Metals / Heat Treatment of Metals / Machining etc. preferredPrior experience with an AS9100/9110 environment is a plusLean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Certification preferred
