Responsibilities

Develop and optimize manufacturing processes
Conduct quality control inspections and ensure compliance with industry standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production efficiency
Identify and implement cost-saving measures in manufacturing operations

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality assurance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

Experience with lean manufacturing principles
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Skills

Proficient in CAD/CAM software
Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
