Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes
- Conduct quality control inspections and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production efficiency
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures in manufacturing operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality assurance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Skills
- Proficient in CAD/CAM software
- Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
