Realize Your Talent
- Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance safety, quality, cost, and lead times
- Identify root causes of process variability and implement corrective actions
- Develop, maintain, and update manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and technical files
- Design production and equipment tooling as required
- Provide training and technical support to production teams and other stakeholders
- Lead or support the implementation of new equipment, including installation, validation, and startup
- Participate in process transfers and new product introductions (NPI)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor production performance and recommend process optimizations
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements
Know the Requirements
- Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering preferred)
- 2 – 3 years of relevant manufacturing or engineering experience (Entry Level)
- Specific Job Skills, Specialized Knowledge or Certifications
- Ability to create and manage technical documentation and manufacturing files
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP) is a plus
- Ability to organize and lead meetings related to engineering or process changes
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading and interpretation
- Knowledge of risk analysis tools such as PFMEA (is a plus)
- Familiarity with quality tools and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Manufacturing)
- Experience with SolidWorks required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
