Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to support the development and production of advanced aerospace and defense systems, including missile canisters and launchers. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on engineer with experience in machining, welding, fabrication, assembly, and process development who enjoys solving manufacturing challenges and driving continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Develop manufacturing processes and work instructions for build-to-print productsLead New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and support production ramp-upSupport machined components and complex assembly manufacturingCreate and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs), facility layouts, and assembly line layoutsDrive Lean and Kaizen initiatives to improve quality, efficiency, and productivityCollaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Operations teams to resolve manufacturing issues and optimize production flowProvide hands-on manufacturing engineering support across machining, welding, fabrication, and assembly operations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred (or Associate's degree in Engineering Technology with equivalent experience)7–12 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience in the aerospace or defense industryStrong knowledge of machining, welding, metal fabrication, and assembly processesExperience developing manufacturing processes, work instructions, and Bills of Materials (BOMs)Proven Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen continuous improvement experienceMust be a U.S. Person under ITAR (U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder) Why Consider This Opportunity?
