M.H. Eby, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of aluminum trailers and truck bodies seeking a Manufacturing Engineer – Aluminum Fabrication Specialist to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem-solver with a passion for precision engineering and a desire for leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Aluminum Fabrication Expertise: Cutting, bending, and assembling aluminum components with precision and efficiency utilizing CNC machinery.
- Process Optimization: Developing and refining manufacturing processes to improve quality, reduce waste, and increase throughput.
- ERP System Integration: Utilizing expertise with ERP systems to streamline production schedules, track inventory, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring production staff to foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Continuous Improvement: Leading initiatives to enhance safety, productivity, and sustainability across the manufacturing floor.
Requirements
- Proven experience in aluminum fabrication, including cutting, bending, and assembly.
- Strong technical skills with hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and a track record of integrating technology into manufacturing workflows.
- A leadership mindset with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and attention to detail.
- A degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience).
