Manufacturing Engineer

Role Overview

Lead the development and implementation of innovative technical activities in Mass Production, Business Planning, and New Model projects to achieve safety, environmental, quality, delivery, cost, and morale goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• 0–6 years of relevant experience; manufacturing co‑op preferred
• Proficiency with industry‑standard software
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Troubleshooting, project management, and analytical skills
• Positive, self‑motivated team player with a proactive attitude
• Ability to multi‑task

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively across organizational levels
• Analyze reports to identify improvement opportunities
• Utilize data‑driven problem‑solving methods
• Monitor equipment performance

Working Conditions
