Manufacturing Engineer

About the role

Support electrical and construction projects from concept through installation, develop and optimize manufacturing processes for electrical assemblies and prefabricated components, and drive continuous improvement in a safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for electrical assemblies and prefabricated components.
• Create layouts, work instructions, and tooling requirements.
• Analyze workflow and production data to identify process improvements.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and field teams.
• Implement lean manufacturing practices and support new product introductions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, electrical assemblies, and prefabrication.
• Experience with process development, workflow analysis, and tooling.
• Proficiency in creating work instructions and layouts.
• Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.
