Responsibilities
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes
- Conduct research and development projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product design and manufacturing efficiency
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficient in CAD software and statistical analysis tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software
- Experience with Six Sigma methodologies
- Understanding of material science and its applications
