Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support existing manufacturing processes to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency targets are met.
• Aid in developing and maintaining work instructions, standard operating procedures, and process documentation.
• Perform basic data collection and analysis on production performance metrics (scrap, cycle time, downtime).
• Participate in troubleshooting production issues and assist with root cause analysis.
• Help implement process improvements under guidance from senior engineers.
• Support new product introductions by assisting with process setup and documentation.
• Cookordinate with production and quality teams to resolve day-to-day manufacturing issues.
• Conduct time studies and workflow analyses to identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in all assigned tasks.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and industrial automation, with hands-on experience supporting equipment and automated machinery.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (Inventor and AutoCAD preferred).
• PREFERRED: Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and router creation.
