Manufacturing Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes, requirements, and technologies to support high-volume production
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product engineers, design teams, and manufacturing operations to align strategies and requirements
• Optimize and sustain manufacturing processes throughout the product lifecycle to improve efficiency and performance
• Design and implement integration and assembly processes, including tooling and fixtures to support manufacturing operations
• Partner with high-volume manufacturing sites to transfer processes and resolve manufacturing-related challenges
• Provide technical expertise and solutions for manufacturing issues, ensuring seamless execution and quality standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance, reduce costs, and meet new performance benchmarks
• Develop comprehensive documentation of manufacturing processes, procedures, and best practices
• Analyze manufacturing metrics and data to identify improvement opportunities and drive factory performance enhancements

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related STEM field
• 3 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation
