Brief Description Manufacturing Engineer - Electronic Assembly We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support the design, development, testing, and implementation of electronic and electro-mechanical assembly systems. This role will drive process improvements, create technical documentation, support automation and controls initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and reliable manufacturing operations. Job Type: Full-time, onsite located in Indianapolis, IN Salary: Commensurate with experience (includes salary + biannual bonus) What You'll Do Design, develop, test, and implement electronic and electro-mechanical assembly systems.Create technical documentation, process flowcharts, wiring diagrams, and test procedures.Conduct assembly time studies and support process improvement initiatives.Assist with PLC programming, controls, and automation projects.Perform DFM and PFMEA analyses to improve product quality and manufacturability.Support project management activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing challenges.
