Responsibilities
- Champion the GK Way. Be a leader with respect to Safety in all aspects of what you do.
- Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes and workflows to meet production goals and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and continuous improvement to streamline product development and manufacturing cycles.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal output.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including standard operating procedures, process flowcharts, and work instructions.
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives, implementing Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Collaborate with suppliers to improve materials and components quality, as well as negotiate cost-effective agreements.
- Provide technical support to the production team, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions in a timely manner.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in manufacturing engineering.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Manufacturing Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and quality control standards.
- Proficient in CAD software and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Pay
Annual salary range: $75,000 to $90,000. The range provided is a guideline and not a guarantee of compensation. Other factors that are involved in offer decisions include, and are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, geography, and internal equity.
