Manufacturing Engineer

About the role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes and systems, ensuring product quality and process efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes and systems
• Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure product quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve manufacturing issues
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and process flow diagrams
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
• Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget
• Train and mentor production staff on new processes and equipment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems
• Experience with quality control and process improvement methodologies
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CAD software

Pay

$80,000 - $100,000 per year
