As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive process improvements, enhance production efficiency, and ensure the highest quality standards. Your Role As a Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll play a key role in developing and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. You’ll collaborate with production teams to solve technical challenges and improve workflow. What You’ll Do Process Development & Optimization – Design and improve manufacturing processes for precision machining and sheet metal fabrication.Fixture & Tooling Design – Create custom fixtures, tooling, and work instructions to enhance production efficiency.Quality & Compliance – Ensure all manufacturing processes align with AS9100, ISO 9001, and GD&T standards.Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement – Implement cost-saving initiatives and process enhancements.Collaboration & Troubleshooting – Work closely with machinists, engineers, and quality teams to resolve production issues.Production Support – Assist in developing manufacturing documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures. #ZR Requirements What We’re Looking For: 0-1 years of manufacturing engineering experienceUnderstanding of machining, sheet metal fabrication, and production processesProficiency in CAD software:SolidWorks (required)Autodesk Inventor (a plus)ERP/MRP software experience (Made2Manage is a plus)Lean Manufacturing & Process Improvement experienceKnowledge of GD&T and ability to read engineering drawingsExperience in designing tooling, fixtures, and workholding solutions is a plusStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication & teamwork abilities
