Requirements

• Associate or bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in an industrial engineering role
• Understanding of manufacturing principles and process improvement methods
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
