- Provide door hardware accessories for projects to meet specifications.
- Source custom hardware as needed for project success.
- Optimize current product offering and strengthen dimensioning, detailing, and installation principles.
- Ongoing product innovation.
- Guide all procurement into manufacturing.
- Develop and execute a strategic vision for product development aligned with business goals.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to guide product development initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product roadmaps and prioritize projects.

- Work directly on product design, prototyping, testing, and production processes.
- Maintain quality standards for products and ensure adherence throughout development.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation to meet safety, reliability, and performance requirements.
- Address any quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions.

- Act on risks related to production development, supply chain, and regulatory compliance.
- Work directly on assigned risk mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, Logistics Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in manufacturing or construction environments.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A curious mindset with the ability to learn about new innovative products and share knowledge.
- Knowledge of construction, manufacturing, cleanroom and/or dry room products.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
