Department Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide door hardware accessories for projects to meet specifications.
  • Source custom hardware as needed for project success.
  • Optimize current product offering and strengthen dimensioning, detailing, and installation principles.
  • Ongoing product innovation.
  • Guide all procurement into manufacturing.
  • Develop and execute a strategic vision for product development aligned with business goals.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to guide product development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product roadmaps and prioritize projects.

  • Manage entire product lifecycle for products you are assigned, from concept to launch and beyond.
  • Work directly on product design, prototyping, testing, and production processes.
  • Maintain quality standards for products and ensure adherence throughout development.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation to meet safety, reliability, and performance requirements.
  • Address any quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions.

Risk Management

Risk Management

  • Act on risks related to production development, supply chain, and regulatory compliance.
  • Work directly on assigned risk mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, Logistics Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in manufacturing or construction environments.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A curious mindset with the ability to learn about new innovative products and share knowledge.
  • Knowledge of construction, manufacturing, cleanroom and/or dry room products.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
