We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need to use headings for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections when posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO etc. We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's parse the posting. Brief Description: "We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team!" That's like intro. Who we are: description of Brazeway. What we provide: team culture, safe environment, philosophy. Where we are located: Shelbyville, Indiana, etc. What The Position Entails: includes sections: Daily Manufacturing Interaction, Project Management, Problem Solving, Teamwork. What a candidate must have to be qualified for the role: list of qualifications. At Brazeway, it’s about more than what we get done – it’s about how we do it. Core Values. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer... (remove EEO boilerplate) Beyond engaging and rewarding work, we offer a total rewards package including: Competitive salary, annual bonus program, 401(k) matching and profit sharing contributions, health insurance options with competitive premiums, life insurance, disability insurance, paid holidays and vacations, and other benefits such as recognition programs, gym memberships, and wellness perks. We need to map to sections. Possible sections: - About the role: could include brief description and who we are? The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to decide which sections have content. We have content for: - About the role: maybe the "Who we are", "What we provide", "Where we are located". Could be considered about the role/company. - Responsibilities: The "What The Position Entails" sections: Daily Manufacturing Interaction, Project Management, Problem Solving, Teamwork. Those are responsibilities. - Requirements: maybe the "What a candidate must have list (education, experience). That's qualifications. - Qualifications: maybe overlapping with requirements; but we can separate: Requirements = mandatory (Bachelor's, 3 years experience, hydraulics/electrical, 24/7 operation, extrusion preferred, Six Sigma/Lean, communication, interface, work ethic, team environment, APQP, Solid Works). Qualifications could be preferred? But we have only one list; we could put that under Requirements or Qualifications. The instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section? But headings are predefined; we can choose to include only those with content. Could include Requirements and Qualifications both but they'd be similar; maybe better to put all candidate must have under Requirements, and leave Qualifications omitted (or empty). But we must not emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. So if we include Qualifications heading, we must have substantive content under it. We could split: Requirements = mandatory (Bachelor's, 3 years experience, hydraulics/electrical, 24/7 operation, extrusion preferred, Six Sigma/Lean, communication, interface, work ethic, team environment, APQP, Solid Works). Qualifications = maybe "Experience with hydraulics and electrical equipment" etc? That's overlapping. Better to just have one section: Requirements (or Qualifications). Choose Requirements as it's more typical. - Skills: maybe we could extract skills like Six Sigma, Lean, Continuous Improvement, communication, presentation, APQP, Solid Works, hydraulics, electrical, problem solving, teamwork, travel flexibility. Could be a separate Skills section. - Benefits: we have benefits list. - Pay: we have "Competitive salary" mentioned but not specific number. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state Competitive salary, annual bonus program, etc. That's compensation info, so we can include Pay section with that content? However Pay section likely expects salary details; we have only "Competitive salary, annual bonus program, 401(k) matching and profit sharing contributions". That's still compensation. So we can include Pay. - Schedule: not mentioned; no schedule info. So omit Schedule. - Benefits: we have benefits list (health insurance, life insurance, disability, paid holidays/vacations, recognition programs, gym memberships, wellness perks). That's benefits. We need to avoid duplication: Pay and Benefits may overlap; but we can separate: Pay includes salary, bonus, 401k, profit sharing. Benefits includes insurance, paid time off, recognition, gym, wellness. Now we need to format. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, etc. Also remove navigation, cookie, legal, scam-warning, duplicated lines. We need to keep the description of who we are, what we provide, where we are located, the position entails details, candidate must have, core values maybe? The core values statement: "Throughout the organization, we pride ourselves in delivering work based on our Core Values." That's somewhat generic; but it's substantive? Might be considered boilerplate? It's not EEO; it's about core values. Could keep as part of About the role. We also have "At Brazeway, it’s about more than what we get done – it’s about how we do it." That's also values. We'll include that in About the role. Now structure:

    About the role

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team! Brazeway is the world’s largest producer of frost-free evaporator coils and a top global supplier of aluminum heat transfer tubing and components of the appliance, HVAC, and automotive air conditioning industries. We provide a strong, collaborative team culture and a safe and progressive work environment. Our philosophy is that our people are our most important asset; we believe that hiring great people and giving them the opportunity and freedom to be creative will make great things happen. We also have manufacturing facilities in Hopkinsville, Kentucky and Monterrey, Mexico, and our Corporate Headquarters in Adrian, Michigan.

That seems to capture who we are, what we provide, where we are located, and the values. Now Responsibilities: we need to list duties. The position entails sections: Daily Manufacturing Interaction, Project Management, Problem Solving, Teamwork. We'll combine into a
      with each duty as
    • . Must preserve all detail. Let's extract each bullet: From Daily Manufacturing Interaction: - Applies basic engineering principles and analyses to improve processes or solve manufacturing problems by reducing cost and improving quality, safety, and/or capability. - Works to improve the hydraulic, mechanical and electrical systems in the plant. - Provides support to the plant maintenance team to resolve issues in a timely manner. - Designs or manages the design of new machines and tooling. - Act as the subject matter expert for operational practices. - Provides technical support to account managers and product development teams. - Provides necessary support to plant management and plant teams to assure that proper tools and assistance is available to perform assigned task and maintain engineering files and documents. Project Management: - Effectively leads and engages cross-functional teams internally and externally. - Designs manufacturing processes that meet customer product, delivery, and cost requirements. - Manages or participates as a key APQP Team Member in the concept to delivery cycle -- Design, analyze, budget, prototypes and samples, purchase and build equipment, machine acceptance, train, implement and improve. - Identifies and established programs that bring new ideas and technologies to practical application in production. This will include working with members of our R & D team as well as with outside organizations. Teamwork: - Interacts with individuals with different backgrounds and cultures and is available on off-shifts as needs arise. - Must be flexible as business opportunities develop and able to multi-task with other duties and projects when they become available. - Actively follows and manages to our Process Based Leadership, Code of Conduct and our 5S+Safety Program. - Is willing to travel to customers, suppliers and other Brazeway locations as needed – estimated to be about 10% of the time and may include domestic and international travel. We need to preserve all that. Now Requirements (or Qualifications). We'll use Requirements heading. List: - A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering - A minimum of 3 years of experience working within a manufacturing environment - Experience with hydraulics and electrical equipment - Experience in a 24/7 operation and extrusion experience preferred - Experience with Six Sigma, Lean and Continuous Improvement problem solving tools - Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal - The ability to interface with all levels of the organization and externally with customers and suppliers - A strong work ethic and a strong commitment to a team environment - Experience working with APQP and Solid Works Note: "Experience in a 24/7 operation and extrusion experience preferred" - we keep as is. Now Skills: maybe we can extract skills like Six Sigma, Lean, Continuous Improvement, communication, presentation, APQP, Solid Works, hydraulics, electrical, problem solving, teamwork, travel flexibility. But many overlap with requirements. To avoid duplication, maybe we skip Skills section and put those under Requirements. But the instruction says we can include Skills section if there is real specific content. We have skills list; but we already have them in Requirements. To avoid duplication, we could combine Requirements and Skills into one section called Requirements (or Qualifications). Since we already have Requirements, we can omit Skills. Now Benefits: list: - Competitive salary - Annual bonus program - 401(k) matching and profit sharing contributions - Health insurance options with competitive premiums - Life insurance - Disability insurance - Paid holidays and vacations - Recognition programs - Gym memberships - Wellness perks But note: Competitive salary, annual bonus program, 401(k) matching and profit sharing contributions could be considered Pay. We'll split. Pay section: - Competitive salary - Annual bonus program - 401(k) matching and profit sharing contributions Benefits section: - Health insurance options with competitive premiums - Life insurance - Disability insurance - Paid holidays and vacations - Recognition programs - Gym memberships - Wellness perks Now we need to ensure we don't include any boilerplate like EEO. We removed that. Now we need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's craft. We'll start with
