Responsibilities

  • Support the business through process improvements, cost savings initiatives, and daily production needs.
  • Use training, education, and experience to address manufacturing engineering requirements.
  • Work in a team environment, handle various situations, and manage difficult manufacturing problems.
  • Regularly meet key performance objectives with minimal guidance.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or an Associate's degree in Engineering Technology with at least 5 years of experience, or 10 years of verified experience in a Manufacturing environment, or 15 years of verified experience in a Manufacturing environment with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, or 10 years in an Engineering Technology field, or 15 years in a Manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Knowledge of tolerances and manufacturing practices, interpersonal skills, CAD (preferably SolidWorks), machining techniques, Microsoft Office products, programming using CAM software, weld techniques, tooling selection, GD&T knowledge, program management, cost savings, and process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Interpersonal skills to handle diverse situations and individuals.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in English.

Benefits

  • Travel requirements: Up to 5-10%.

Pay

Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule
