About the role
Location: Plymouth, MN. Duration: 12 months. Work arrangement: 100% onsite. Required experience: 5+ years in manufacturing engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacturing process improvement and yield improvement
- Strong Root Cause Analysis, DMAIC, A3
- Process capability, variation, and manufacturing data analysis
- Experience with NPI / pilot builds / production ramp-up
- Tooling, machinery, and test equipment development/debugging
- Strong cross-functional leadership
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Mechanical, Chemical, Biomedical, or related Engineering
- Ability to work 100% onsite in Plymouth, MN
- FDA / ISO 13485 / GMP manufacturing environment experience is highly valuable
- Medical device manufacturing preferred
- Willingness to travel, including internationally
