Manufacturing Engineer
About the role
Responsible for managing test integration processes to ensure project success. Oversee configuration management activities to maintain product integrity.
- Develop and implement test plans and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the department, including scheduling, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
- Oversee the production team to meet production targets and quality standards
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements
Must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in program management or similar roles
Qualifications
Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a background check.
