Manufacturing Engineer 3

About the Role

This position contributes to the work group through manufacturing process improvement and validation, as well as daily support for quality and operation teams. The role involves a mix of office-based tasks and hands-on shop floor and lab work, focusing on troubleshooting manufacturing processes and validating prototypes.

• 30% office work: PCN, testing reports, prototype design, and manufacturing process analysis
• 70% shop floor and lab work: troubleshooting manufacturing processes and prototype validation

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations in manufacturing process improvement and validation
• Collaborate with quality and production engineering teams to validate new processes, PCNs, and other initiatives
• Create sketches, engineering drawings, and perform common computations
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (required)
• 5-7 years of relevant experience (internships accepted)
• Experience in a manufacturing or machining environment
