About the Role
This position contributes to the work group through manufacturing process improvement and validation, as well as daily support for quality and operation teams. The role involves a mix of office-based tasks and hands-on shop floor and lab work, focusing on troubleshooting manufacturing processes and validating prototypes.
- 30% office work: PCN, testing reports, prototype design, and manufacturing process analysis
- 70% shop floor and lab work: troubleshooting manufacturing processes and prototype validation
Responsibilities
- Support daily operations in manufacturing process improvement and validation
- Collaborate with quality and production engineering teams to validate new processes, PCNs, and other initiatives
- Create sketches, engineering drawings, and perform common computations
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (required)
- 5-7 years of relevant experience (internships accepted)
- Experience in a manufacturing or machining environment

Schedule
