Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Assembles various components in accordance with applicable work instruction.
  • Performs soldering and epoxy adhesion.
  • Works to approved documentation such as assembly prints, Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI).
  • Uses of shop tools and various other shop equipment.
  • Documents traceability of components/consumables used in assembly on manufacturing orders.
  • Provides feedback to Production Supervisor regarding problems and issues involved in assembly of products or documentation.
  • Adheres to company procedures and policies regarding personnel and quality issues.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in electronics assembly preferred.
  • Basic understanding of soldering techniques and hand tools.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.

Qualifications

  • Physical ability to perform tasks requiring repetitive motion and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
