Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Assembles various components in accordance with applicable work instruction.
- Performs soldering and epoxy adhesion.
- Works to approved documentation such as assembly prints, Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI).
- Uses of shop tools and various other shop equipment.
- Documents traceability of components/consumables used in assembly on manufacturing orders.
- Provides feedback to Production Supervisor regarding problems and issues involved in assembly of products or documentation.
- Adheres to company procedures and policies regarding personnel and quality issues.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in electronics assembly preferred.
- Basic understanding of soldering techniques and hand tools.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
Qualifications
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring repetitive motion and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.

Pay
- $18.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience.
