Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex, fast-paced projects from initiation through closeout.
• Serve as a hands-on leader driving safety, quality, budget, and schedule performance.
• Act as a client-focused communicator, managing relationships, reporting, and expectations.
• Cook up coordination with cross-functional teams across Design, Manufacturing, Construction, and Logistics.
• Collaborate with field teams to ensure efficient, well-planned site execution.
• Manage subcontractors, trade partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee project financials, forecasting, change management, and reporting.
• Support estimating efforts with a data-driven and analytical approach.
• Develop accurate cost models, estimates, and project assumptions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
• Lead structured program launches with clear schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Identify risks and opportunities with a forward-thinking, proactive mindset.
• Ensure timely and efficient project closeout.
• Mentor and develop Assistant Project Managers and team members.
• Capture and communicate lessons learned to support continuous improvement.

Job Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction or manufacturing.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to manage schedules and interpret technical drawings.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, including design, manufacturing, and construction disciplines.
• Experience in a design-build or modular construction environment.
• Ability to thrive in a high-growth innovative organization.
