About the role
This onsite position is part of the local finance team. We are seeking an ambitious individual with a cost accounting background to help analyze data and work with integrated financial systems (Infor XA, SAP, Ariba, Basware, etc.), financial processes, and systems.
Responsibilities
- Daily reporting and tracking of Manufacturing KPIs
- Inventory reconciliations, monitoring, and reporting
- Assist in collecting, tracking, and analyzing production costs
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and standard cost processes as needed
- Maintain organized documentation and support both internal and external audit requests
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all system interfaces to the general ledger
- Provide data analytics and reports utilizing various tools (Qlikview, Power BI, Power Query)
- Assist in meeting reporting deadlines and requirements
- Support other Aerospace factories as needed
Requirements
- BA/BS in Accounting is required
- 2 to 5 years of Cost or General Accounting experience, with a preference for experience in a manufacturing environment
- Comfortable spending time on the factory floor understanding production processes and inventory flow
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel (pivot tables and complex formulas), Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI
- Willingness to learn accounting software and ERP systems; experience with integrated ERP packages is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to analyze data, solve problems, and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize objectives, and work independently as well as collaboratively with other team members and departments
- Takes personal responsibility for objectives and performance
- Ability to work occasional weekends/holidays as required
Pay
Salary range: $77,000 to $87,000 per year
