This position works onsite at the plant in Logan, Utah.

Supporting in the development and maintenance of accurate product costs and analyses for new products.
Auditing and maintaining accurate costs within the cost system.
Ensuring that product cost changes are effectively communicated.
Facilitating the establishment of systems, processes, and procedures to collect and record data required for internal and external reporting.
Maintaining accurate inventory, charging costs to the general ledger, determining appropriate accruals, assisting in explanations for period results, and maintaining a strong system of internal controls.
Providing appropriate financial analysis for planned capital expenditures and ensuring accurate recording of fixed assets in the fixed asset system.
Supporting and completing bi-weekly milk reconciliations with suppliers and monthly milk reporting for external customers.
Contributing to the development of a culture that thrives on continuous improvement and the development of knowledge and skills.
May be required to perform other job-related tasks.

Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or Business
3+ years' work experience, preferably 2+ years of accounting experience
Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools
Familiarity with word-processing, graphics, flowcharts or other software
Curiosity in leveraging technology and automation to improve processes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive process improvements
