Key Responsibilities
- Provide engineering support to operations and maintenance teams
- Manage Capital projects, especially where controls upgrades are required
- Provide technical support related to analysis of yield and performance data
- Manage and drive implementation of maintenance and reliability procedures
- Drive execution of and continuous improvement of existing equipment maintenance strategies
- Track and report performance metrics, especially yield and uptime
- Utilize the SAP, DocuQuest and MOC systems to improve documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical engineering or related industrial field
- At least 2 years of experience in a chemical industry or manufacturing-related environment
- Good organizational skills
- Able to communicate effectively in both open presentations and written reports
- Focus on analysis and problem-solving
- Six Sigma and/or Lean training preferred
