Manufacturing & Controls Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support to operations and maintenance teams
• Manage Capital projects, especially where controls upgrades are required
• Provide technical support related to analysis of yield and performance data
• Manage and drive implementation of maintenance and reliability procedures
• Drive execution of and continuous improvement of existing equipment maintenance strategies
• Track and report performance metrics, especially yield and uptime
• Utilize the SAP, DocuQuest and MOC systems to improve documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical engineering or related industrial field
• At least 2 years of experience in a chemical industry or manufacturing-related environment
• Good organizational skills
• Able to communicate effectively in both open presentations and written reports
• Focus on analysis and problem-solving
• Six Sigma and/or Lean training preferred

Work Availability
