Manufacturing Controller

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Manufacturing Controller serves as the financial leader for the manufacturing facility, partnering closely with plant leadership to drive profitability, strengthen operational performance, and support strategic decision-making. This highly visible role is responsible for forecasting, budgeting, cost accounting, inventory controls, financial reporting, internal controls, and business planning while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the operation. The Plant Controller will play a critical role in aligning financial performance with plant operations and driving accountability through data-driven decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required
• Minimum of 5 years of finance experience within a manufacturing environment required
• Experience supporting plant operations through forecasting, budgeting, cost accounting, profitability analysis, and financial reporting
• Knowledge of inventory controls, fixed assets, SOX compliance, and audit support activities
• CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Salary range of $150,000–$170,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications
