About the role

Accenture is seeking a Manager to drive project execution in Digital CMC and PLM transformation work within our Supply Chain & Engineering practice for Life Sciences. We work with pharmaceutical, biotech, medical technology, distributor, and consumer health clients globally to redefine the future of the life sciences industry by combining the latest technology with scientific breakthroughs to revolutionize how medical treatments are discovered, developed, and delivered to patients around the world. This role drives the enablement of digital thread and data backbone concepts at our clients to build foundational building blocks for AI and agentic operations.

Responsibilities

• Support sales and project delivery of business and technology transformations by utilizing deep industry expertise in PLM, CMC, tech transfer, data as a product, knowledge graphs, data lineage, and AI-enabled business and technology transformation work.
• Understand business value levers for PLM and CMC reinvention across pharmaceuticals, biotech, MedTech, and beyond, including upstream R&D and downstream commercialization.
• Build and apply technical, industry, organization, and functional knowledge to support efforts in selling opportunities to existing and new clients.
• Lead diverse, global Accenture teams to deliver project work effectively leveraging AI through setting strategy, coaching, and driving engagement.
• Bring effective communications to manage senior-level client relationships and deliver with excellence.
• Effectively manage a networked consulting organization to influence diverse stakeholders to help support world-class delivery across technology, management consulting, and Data/AI teams and skillsets.
• Support creation of PLM, digital CMC, product development, product launch, and data management thought leadership for clients across Life Sciences.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in either consulting or industry in the life sciences supply chain and manufacturing space in digital CMC and PLM.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If associate degree, must have a minimum of 6 years’ work experience).

Pay

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The following ranges are provided as required by local law:

• California: $94,400 to $293,800
• Cleveland: $87,400 to $235,000
• Colorado: $94,400 to $253,800
• District of Columbia: $100,500 to $270,300
• Illinois: $87,400 to $253,800
• Maine: $80,400 to $216,200
• Maryland: $94,400 to $253,800
• Massachusetts: $94,400 to $270,300
• Minnesota: $94,400 to $253,800
• New York: $87,400 to $293,800
• New Jersey: $100,500 to $293,800
• Virginia: $87,400 to $270,300
• Washington: $100,500 to $270,300
