Who You Are
The production machine operator uses specialized automated industrial equipment according to established processes to perform a variety of steps in manufacturing. The production machine operator is required to work efficiently and productively on their own and in group situations where individuals have common production goals. This position requires training on production machines.
Responsibilities
- Build products according to standardized production processes
- Maintain product quality while adhering to production requirements and schedules
- Understand and apply process efficiencies while striving to improve individual and group production and performance
- Apply CNC technical processes associated with operating manufacturing equipment
- Observe proper safety rules and regulations pertaining to equipment being operated
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Report variances in production processes and quality against established standards
- Perform all tasks as assigned by supervisor
Requirements and Essential Duties
- Ability to access, read, and execute detailed instructions and technical documents written in English
- Communicate clearly in the English language
- Ability to read and utilize a tape measure
- Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out written and verbal instructions
- Ability to work alone and in a team environment
- Able to accept constructive coaching pertaining to performance and implement necessary adjustments
- Work under the pressure of time-sensitive deadlines without compromising quality
- Able to use standard measuring equipment such as calipers and micrometers
- Comfortable with basic mathematics, computer usage, and aptitude for learning software specific applications
- Proven track-record and work history of being reliable, on-time, and not having previous attendance problems
- Able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug test
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-3 years general manufacturing experience
- CNC Experience and Knowledge
- Technical certificate in a related industry

Day Shift
- Monday - Thursday: 6am-4:30pm
- Friday: 6am-2:30pm
Night Shift
- Monday - Thursday: 4:30pm-3:00am
- Friday: 2:30pm-11:00pm
Starting Pay
$18.91 - $27.45/hr DOE +OT ($4.00/hr night differential)
