About the role
Under supervision, support all Departments through the troubleshooting and maintenance of Primary and Secondary Equipment.
Responsibilities
- On-site regular, reliable attendance is required.
- Troubleshoot all primary and secondary equipment inside and outside the building.
- Be able to startup and shut down Molding, Stamping and Assembly equipment as needed.
- Perform and Document scheduled preventive maintenance on all equipment inside and outside the plant.
Requirements
- 5 years hands-on experience in a plant maintenance role.
- Training on Lock out Tag Out procedure.
- Training on inspection equipment.
- Blue Print reading.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001-2008 and ISO 13485-2003.
- Understanding of Quality Policy, Safety, MSDS – Right to Know.
Qualifications
- Good trouble shooting skills.
Skills
- Ability to read schematics.
- Good understanding of various types of electronics, Hydraulics.
