Manufacturing Associates - Night Shift

About the role

Seaman Corporation is a manufacturer of high-quality industrial coated fabrics, based in Northeast Ohio for over 75 years. We are currently looking for a Manufacturing Associate on our Night Shifts (C and D), 7:00a – 7:00p. As of March 1, 2026, we have transitioned to a 24/7 rotation with a 4:3 schedule.

Responsibilities

• Bend, lift, stand repetitively throughout the shift
• Lift 50 lbs, throughout the work shift
• Work with hands, reach with hands and arms

Requirements

• HS Diploma/GED required
• Previous Manufacturing Experience Preferred
• Some computer skills preferred

Qualifications

• Ability to work within the 24/7 rotation schedule
