Manufacturing Associate, Specialist (Mechanical Engraving)

About the role

The Production departments create personalized gifts for our customers. Manufacturing Associates assist in a production line personalizing each unique gift. Associates will inspect products, load and unload fixtures, may operate machinery, and adhere to all safety guidelines and standards.

Responsibilities

• Produce goods in accordance with company guidelines.
• Operate equipment used in various production areas; assist in the production process.
• Load/unload equipment as needed.
• Perform cleaning and minor maintenance on all production equipment within the department.
• Identify opportunities and recommend ideas for increasing productivity.
• Report any quality or equipment issues.
• Take direction from supervisor/manager.
• Read and match item labels to customer requests.
• Match colors, words, and products.
• Follow instructions and work independently, as well as be a team player.
• Assist other departments when needed.
• Ensure all jobs are ready for equipment as needed.
• Continuously check quality.
• Reports to department supervisor or assigned point of contact.
• Attendance and punctuality are crucial.
• Follow company policies and procedures, paying special attention to safety regulations.
• Additional duties and responsibilities may be required based on individual department needs.

Pay

$15.00 hourly
