Manufacturing Associate – Reagent Filling / Packaging Operator, 2nd Shift
About the role
This is an entry-level role where you will operate and troubleshoot production machines while earning competitive pay on 2nd shift.
Responsibilities
- Operate and assist with filling, capping, labeling, and packaging machines (equipment includes: fillers, cappers, labelers, and automated packaging machinery)
- Assist with line setup and breakdown
- Follow instructions to meet strict quality standards
- Learn to identify and troubleshoot minor equipment issues
- Participate in safety and continuous improvement initiatives as part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods
- Ability to operate power equipment safely (including power jacks)
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on challenges
- Must pass a DEA background check

Pay
The Base Pay Range For This Position Is $41,100 - $56,518
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Schedule
2nd Shift Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, Monday–Friday, with an additional 10% shift differential.
